Chair Exercise

  • Our low impact, easy-to-do exercise group always meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. in the clubhouse.
  • SIT & GET FIT is an exercise you sit in a chair to do and it works every part of your body from head to toe. You don't need special skills. Anyone can join, and both men and women enjoy this program.
  • Come on out and join the group! We look forward to seeing you there at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week.
  • We don't stop exercising because we grow old....we grow old because we stop exercising.
